Iron Mountain Leverages a Strategic Benefits Communication and Enrollment Campaign
Iron Mountain partnered with the bswift Engagement Agency to execute a multi-channel benefits communication and enrollment campaign, supporting the company’s transition to a new benefits administration platform. The campaign was aimed at driving awareness and active enrollment for more than 10,000 employees.
Tailored messaging—including a redesigned public web site, personalized emails, newsletters, videos, and printed postcards and posters—engaged and informed all employee segments, from field workers to office staff.
The results were impressive. Iron Mountain saw 20% of employees enroll within the first 48 hours, and 90.5% actively enrolling by the campaign’s end. The public site saw more than 9,500 users in the first four weeks, and email open rates reached 55% for work addresses and 64% for personal ones.
